Dean Street's Raising Capital department aims to support SMEs in raising finance for a variety of needs, from MBO / MBI through to trade sales.
To achieve this we work closley with a range of support groups, from wealthy individuals and business angels looking for exposure to private equity to specialist banks with whom we have well-established relatiionships through which we can arrange preferential deals.
All our investors are experienced business people in their own right and possess an understanding of various sectors and industry types. More than just a sleeping shareholder they may also be able to lend practical support in order to develop the business they have invested in.
Once the initial equity investment is established, we will work with external agencies and your advisers as they secure further funding in order to put an integrated finance package in place.
